Has everything you need - bathrooms were lovely and always spotless, vending machines for all necessaties- self-serve bar was fun and convenient with a great selection of drinks. Staff were so smiley and always helpful. Location was great, a bit of a walk to the centre but easy if you don't mind a stroll.

Would have been great if there were some water fountains near the pods for grabbing water in the night but other than that couldn't fault the place.

Great price/quality! The rooms are very small but it was cosy. I like the adjustable lights. The shared bathroom facilities were convenient and clean. It gave cosy, homey vibes which I really enjoyed a lot! Staff was really friendly too! Overall a great experience!

No slippers included, and no breakfast at the hotel itself.

I loved everything about my stay, the beds were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were really nice and clean looking (and I really enjoyed the rituals soap and shampoo). The staff were helpful and the location was very close to the metro station

I would find it very difficult to point out a single thing I didn't like—except for the notoriously unpredictable weather in Copenhagen. :)

location is near to bus station and metro station a lot of options for food and supermarket within the vicinity. The hub is big for a solo occupant and is sound proof. Seamless check in and check out

if the kitchen can be bigger please but overall the system on how to keep everything organized is amazing

Clean, convenient, quirky, up to date. Outstanding cleanliness & conveniently placed bathrooms with good facilities. Quirky: choosing 'ambience' - light & sound for room.

Wanted more air-flow - felt stuffy at times. Didn't like being close to recycling bins!
